Project Description: Westech provided Civil design for a new 135,000 square foot retail sales building and parking for approximately 675 customers. The site consisted of a reclaimed gravel quarry.  Westech provided bathymetric survey of an existing pond left over from the gravel mining operation. The civil sitework design included grading drainage, storm water management and private utilities including sewer, water, fire, power, telephone TV and gas. Westech also provided the design for offsite street frontage improvements on Mission Street, Airport Road, and Turner Road.  These improvements include a mix of additional travel lanes, curbs, and sidewalks for over 7,000 feet of public street improvements.  The street improvements also included the reconfiguration the intersection of Airport Road and Mission Street including traffic signal improvements.
