Project Description: Westech Engineering provided civil engineering design services for on-site and off-site improvements for the Woodburn Company stores. On site improvements included over 12 acres of commercial development with more than 200,000 square feet of retail space. Offsite improvements included designs for Arney Road, Arney Lane, Woodland Avenue, Highway 219 and both northbound and southbound I-5 off-ramps.
